Wendy Black Rodgers has spent over 30 years creating elegant, functional, and timeless interiors for her clients. She starts by carefully analyzing all aspects of her clients’ lives. It is through listening to clients that Wendy is able to provide the creative custom interiors for which she is known. Her unique interiors are designed with innovative custom furnishings, one-of-a-kind fixtures, and diverse color palettes. She is well known for her sense of balance, scale, and comfort.
Wendy discovered her passion for architecture and interior design as a child. Since then, she has become a life-long student in the study of design and lifestyles. Wendy’s formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. It is with this educational background that she is well-suited to provide her clients with the professional business of design.
Following her formal education, Wendy spent more than a decade working in the hospitality industry where she was afforded the opportunity to travel worldwide on a continuous basis. It was this experience that helped hone Wendy’s keen eye for design and architecture. Wendy’s extensive background has provided her the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients including simple decoration projects to large-scale 30,000 square foot new-build residences.
Wendy has authored two books on hospitality architecture and design, International Hotel and Resort Design 2, Library of Applied Design PBC, 1991, ISBN # 0866361448 and Elegant Hotels of Europe, Harper Collins Design International, 1994, ISBN # 100866362274.
A native of Scottsdale, Wendy shares her love of design with her husband, Will. Their best times are spent with their sons, Hunter, Wyatt, and Rhett.

Chelsea is an Arizona native and grew up in the Arcadia area of Phoenix. In 2004, Chelsea began her design career at Wendy Black Rodgers Interiors where she has now become an integral component of one of the most established, locally-founded interior design firms in the valley. Upon completion of her design education at Scottsdale Community College, Chelsea graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
Out of the numerous design styles Chelsea has implemented on behalf of her growing client base, she has found herself continually drawn to a timeless aesthetic featuring unexpected accents, however finds love in all things beautiful. Chelsea operates under the belief that providing the utmost integrity, responsiveness, and professionalism enables her to form and maintain long-lasting relationships.

Pamela was raised in the Midwest and moved to Phoenix in 2006. As a child, she developed a love for both interior and fashion design. She began her Interior Design studies at Texas Christian University and received her degree in Interior Design from Northern Arizona University.
Through her diverse experience with various high-end residential interior design firms,
Pamela has developed a talent for collaborating with clients to match their lifestyles with their personalities. She always endeavors to create distinctive, understated spaces with unique details and materials. With her modern yet timeless aesthetic, Pamela is a perfect addition to Wendy Black Rodgers Interiors.
Nancy Hepburn has been a successful interior designer in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley for more than 30 years. Nancy grew up in the Arcadia area, and graduated from ASU. Nancy realized through the years that her passion was interior design. She has created many high-end homes for her clients that are exciting, but also inviting and comfortable. Through the years, Nancy’s projects have been featured in well-known local and national design publications.
Joining Wendy Black Rodgers Interiors was a natural transition for Nancy. She and Wendy have been friends for many years and have worked together on several projects. They share the same passion and ethic for creating extraordinary homes for their extraordinary clients.
Nancy lives in Scottsdale with her husband, David. Their happiest moments are when they are with their two daughters and three grandchildren.
